This set comes complete with three pdfs – the food diary week on two pages in A5 (5.75″ x 8.25″), Personal (3.75″ x 6.75″) and Pocket (3.25″ x 4.75″). Each document comes with two pages, a front and a back of each spread, for easy printing and trimming. Documents are sized to 8.5″ by 11″ letter size paper but print just fine on A4 paper.
